Pricing information
All prices are in euros including VAT and the Schneeberghof wellness board, excluding accommodation tax of €2.40 per person/night. Overnight stay only with breakfast: Deduction from the half-board price € 14.00.

Holiday with dog
Holiday with dog: You are welcome to bring your four-legged friend with you. Please understand that pets are not permitted in the restaurant and in the wellness and spa area. We charge €12.00&#;per night without food.
Arrival and departure
Your room will be available from 2 p.m. on the day of arrival. You are welcome to use our wellness and spa area beforehand. We ask you to vacate the room by 11 a.m. on the day of departure. You can stay in the wellness area until 6 p.m.. We will be happy to provide you with lockable boxes.
Smoke-free
Our entire hotel is non-smoking, and all our rooms are "non-smoking rooms". You will find an ashtray on your balcony, which you are welcome to use with the balcony door closed. You can also smoke in our smoking lounge, which is right next to our hotel bar.
Cancellation conditions
Cancellation conditions for our private guests:
Reservations can be cancelled free of charge up to 5 days before arrival. Within this period, we reserve the right to charge 50% of the room price if we cannot let the room to others. If you fail to arrive without giving prior notice or if you have to leave early, the full room rate will be charged.
