1. General Privacy Statement
By using our website, you agree to the collection, processing and use of data as described below. Our website can generally be visited without login. Data such as the pages called up or the name of the file called up, the date and time are stored on the server for statistical purposes, without this data being directly linked to you. Personal data, in particular your name, address or email address, are collected on a voluntary basis as far as possible and, for the purpose of processing enquiries and in the event of follow-up questions, are transferred to the hotel software and stored there for the duration of the business relationship. The data will not be passed on to third parties without your consent. No data is stored on the website itself.
2. Privacy Statement for Cookies
Our website uses cookies. Cookies are small text files that make it possible to store specific, user-related information on the user's device while the user is using the website. Cookies make it possible to determine the frequency of use and the number of users of the pages and to analyse page usage behaviour. We use cookies to make our website and services more customer-friendly. Cookies remain stored on your end device until you delete them and can be called up again when you visit the site again. They enable us to recognise your browser on your next visit. If you do not want this, you should set your Internet browser so that it informs you about the setting of cookies and so that you only permit this in individual cases, or so that your browser refuses to accept cookies. Deactivating cookies may restrict some of our website's functions.
3. Privacy Statement for Google:
Google has agreed to&#;comply with the US Department of Commerce's Privacy Shield Framework&#; between the EU and the USA on the collection, use and storage of personal data from the member states of the EU. Google, including Google Inc., 1600 Amphitheater Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043, USA and its wholly owned subsidiaries in the USA, has certified its adherence to the relevant Privacy Shield Principles.
Our website uses the following services and functions of Google Inc:
a) Google Analytics
b) Google Remarketing
c) Google Adwords conversion tracking
d) Google Maps/Earth
All of these functions use cookies. They allow Google to analyse how our website is used. The information collected by the cookie about the use of our website (including your IP address) is usually transmitted to a Google server in the USA and stored there. We would like to point out that, on this website, Google Analytics has been expanded to include the code "gat._anonymizeIp();" in order to ensure the anonymous recording of IP addresses (so-called IP masking)!
If anonymisation is active, Google shortens IP addresses within member states of the European Union or in other contracting states of the Agreement on the European Economic Area, which means that no conclusions can be drawn about your identity. Only in exceptional circumstances will your full IP address be sent to a Google server in the USA and shortened there.
You can object to the collection and storage of data at any time with effect for the future. You can opt out of Google's use of cookies by visiting the Google Ads opt-out page. Alternatively, users can disable the use of cookies by third parties by calling the Disable Network Advertising Initiative. However, we would like to point out that this may mean you may not be able to use all the functions of this website to their full extent.
You can find more information and Google's privacy policy at:&#;https://policies.google.com/privacy?gl=en
a) Google Analytics:
To deactivate Google Analytics, Google provides a browser plug-in at&#;https://tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout&#;.
Here you will find all measures that Google Analytics has taken to protect your data:&#;https://support.google.com/analytics/answer/6004245?hl=en
b) Google Remarketing
Google Remarketing uses the data to evaluate your use of the website, to compile reports on website activity and to provide other services related to website activity and Internet usage. Google may also share this information with third parties if legally required to do so, or if the third party is tasked with processing the data on behalf of Google. Third-party vendors, including Google, place ads on websites across the internet. Third parties, including Google, use stored cookies to place ads based on a user's previous visits to this website. Under no circumstances will Google associate your IP address with other Google data.
c) Google Adwords conversion tracking
If you visit certain pages of our website and the cookie has not yet expired, Google and we can recognise that you clicked on the ad and were redirected to this page. Each Google AdWords customer receives a different cookie. As a result, there is no way that cookies can be tracked through AdWords advertisers' websites. The information obtained using the conversion cookie is used to create conversion statistics for AdWords customers who have opted for conversion tracking.
Here, customers find out the total number of users who clicked on their ad and were redirected to a page with a conversion tracking tag. However, they do not receive any information with which users can be personally identified.
If you do not wish to participate in tracking, you can opt out by preventing the installation of cookies by setting your browser software accordingly (deactivation option). You will then not be included in the conversion tracking statistics.
d) Google Maps
If you, as a user, do not agree to this processing of your data, you have the option of deactivating Google Maps/Google Earth and thus preventing the transmission of data to Google. To do this, you must deactivate Javascript in your browser. We would like to point out that in this case you may not be able to use Google Maps/Google Earth, or only use them to a limited extent.
